What is a Shoutout subscriber?
With ShoutOut you can pay for a one-off service or subscribe monthly or yearly. Being a subscriber means you are eligible to become an affiliate or a partner.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your video, we will give you a refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your plan, you just have to follow these steps:
- Open the ShoutOut dashboard https://dashboard.shoutout.social
- Log in with your email and password if you have not already logged in
- Navigate to the settings page by clicking on the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, and then clicking Settings
- Click on the Payment tab
- Click on the Manage Plan button
- Click on the Cancel Plan button
- Confirm your cancellation
You can then subscribe again at any point.

How do I upgrade my account?
To upgrade your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the ShoutOut dashboard https://dashboard.shoutout.social
- Log in with your email and password if you have not already logged in
- Navigate to the settings page by clicking on the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, and then clicking Settings
- Click on the Payment tab
- Click on the Manage Plan button
- You can change your subscription there
- Confirm your changes
